A Treat for Halloween!
Over the past couple of years I’ve been quietly giving away a little 8-page report to my clients. It explains a very simple technique for locating potential e-book topics, but it can be used for a variety of purposes. (Blog posts, freebie reports, chapters in your e-book, etc.)
It’s one of those evergreen techniques that you’ll be able to use damn near forever.
And I’m giving it away as a Halloween treat today.
If you like it, leave me a comment.

FIRST COMMENT. Will I ever be anything more than an Alexis Dawes fangirl? No no, I won’t be providing the fanfiction – though your jetsetting life sure feels like a dream to some! (*winks*)
After buying just about everything you’ve put out there, do I even have to crack open this little Halloween giftie to know it’s quality? Nah, it’s from the Queen of the Desperate Niches, it’s gotta be quality.
I’m downloading it as I type this.
Happy Halloween – your posts have been a real ‘treat’ for us over the years and even the ‘tricks’ have put money in my pocket for quite some time! You rock!
Isa
why no, I am not the president of the Alexis Dawes fan club, I just play it on webtv… *grins*
Great treat! Thank you so much.
My problem right now is with simplifying the sales page process. I am such a technophobe when it comes to sales pages…..it intimidates me out of doing more products.
Just wanted to say i’m really glad you started posting again Alexis. I bought DBO a few years back, had been reading the blog, but was disappointed when you hadn’t posted in awhile. I’m really happy to see that you’re back. Please keep it up!
Courtney,
Sales pages rock
If you ever need a hand with them, drop me a line. You’re a really rocking writer – don’t let it intimidate you!
Isa
Hi Alexis,
I have to agree with Niche Lady – you’re the queen of desperate buyer niches, a great writer, and smart.
I really appreciate the Halloween gift. I have known that forums are a great place to market, and even to find niches. But, I never would have come up with your angle in terms of finding those niches most ripe for marketing info products to. Very logical and makes a ton of sense.
This information could literally be golden for those that use it. Thanks again for gifting it to your list.
Best,
Doug
P.S. Just wanted to chime in my agreement with Rob…GREAT to see your recent activity…Nice choice of blog theme too BTW, the same one I use on my “desperate niche” site (feel free to delete the link, but would love to hear your thoughts on this: http://stopdebtcollectors.org)
Hey Rob and Doug… Glad to be back. I never realize how much I’m missed until I return and get messages like yours. I truly appreciate you guys.
Doug… I like your site. I would give a little more highlighting or bolding to your bullet points. I feel like I can scroll past them without noticing them too much. Also, I like this report as a print manual. I think you’d do okay promoting it via radio talk shows. It’s really a great topic for that type of promotion.
Courtney… I’ll keep that in mind for an upcoming blog post.
Hello Alexis. I’m trying here to understand this “make money online” thingy and you just simplified everything I learned from niche researching in the past six months in just eight pages. GREAT advice, neat formatting, straight to the point. Thanks! I’ll never go back to other methods of finding desperate people looking for information they can’t find.
I will pause all my other IM activities for a while and work on a special report by using the technique you described. As soon as I make money from it, I’ll come back to get the DBO ebook to make even more money. (For you and for me.)
Have a great week!
