As I continue going through the research material, I’ll add a few other points of interest here and there.
I’m still disliking this part of the process. (I said writing is profitable, but it ain’t always fun.)
But as you can see, once you get the gist of your ideas in working order, it’s easier to do the actual writing.
In addition, if you decide that you don’t want to do the actual writing, you can give a ghostwriter a detailed outline. This strategy ensures that you get exactly what you want, and is far more effective than giving them a description.

You use the same process of constructing an article or report as I do. I call it a skeleton - the bare bones that can be fleshed out (describing it this way helps me get into a Frankenstein mad scientist frenzy with the rest of the creation - only kidding!). I think that it’s important to separate the creation of a report from the creation of the prose. They are two different mental processes and don’t mix well. By building up the outline we begin to create the report in the imagination as a more and more finished product until so much preparation has been done that writing the actual prose is just an easy process of description - it no longer needs very much creative thinking as that’s all been done in advance. This is a great way to work effectively.
